Yet you may always submit the complaint, it is indeed unfortunate you don't have any relevant evidence; on the other hand, you are welcome to try anyway. If your account was closed for some reason without your notice with active balance, I'd say it is worth a try.

You know, now that I think about it, nearly all the evidence I had were ss's. Maybe half were comprised of customer support discussions and the others derived from email. I'm almost certain I can obtain email records again, but my CS discussions are probably good as gone.


Again, if I remember correctly, my email discussions and email exchanges with 'Pacific Spins' should more than suffice as evidence to back up my claims

Hi, the first thing that came to my mind when I saw the message that popped up was did you take any other bonuses before or was this supposed to be the first one you'd had in the casino ? Sometimes in casinos, if you take bonuses frequently, you have to deposit in between them to be able to take them. So that's why I'm asking. 

I will wait for your answer.
