In my opinion, you should respond to the instructions given by the casino in the complaint:

"Should you require assistance, please contact the payment provider or system through which the payment was made. If they are unable to assist you, we kindly ask that you email us a statement from your card covering the period from the withdrawal to the submission of your application."

It is written here, in the complaint 👈

I'd say it makes sense in case you are still missing some withdrawals.

I have deposited 5000 7 days ago since then Parimatch is giving me excuse of u will receive the deposit and are replying same thing every time kindly help me solve the issue

How is the situation with your deposit now, please?

Was it already credited to your casino account?

The best way is to contact your payment provider with issues like this because we are unable to do much, unfortunately, as it is between the casino and the payment provider, you know. 🤷‍♀️

Not credited they r giving me excuse of it will be credited soon we have approved ur request and it has been 17 days since I made the deposit i request everyone don't play on this site they r cheaters they don't have any good mechanism they jus take ur money

They r saying we have approved ur request billing department will process it as soon as possible but more than 20 days have passed thay r not sending it my player id is 928754058

Yes they have sent it successfully infact Pari match is saying we have approved ur request payment provider is talking time to add it to ur account that is non scence on their part

On 02 April 2024 i withdraw 5000 rupees. It was approved successfully but the money never came to my account. Everytime i ask them they tell me to submit bank report.

Now on 19 may i deposited 9000 rupees. The money got deducted from my account but the deposit was not successful. Whenever i ask for support they just reply with same thing. We are working on your request.

I know this is old, but I start reading this thread and this sounds fishy, you have not been paid and then decided to deposit almost double the money later?

This sounds like BS, sorry.

Okay, after reading this whole discussion, there seem to be a lot of problems for Indian players and their payments, but has anyone else had some experience here?

Before the site was reported as closed, the rating was 3.8... not good at all. However, a few other Parimatch brands had even lower scores.

Hello, I'm not sure what to say... As far as I can see, the casino has closed with a quite poor safety index; hence, I'm not convinced anyone is working on refunding your deposits on the casino's side. It may be opened again, but especially since you stopped responding to the complaint two times, I'd say they do not aim to do that. Feels more like a closed matter. What makes you think you should wait longer? I mean, have you received some updates from the casino, perhaps?
