Stating that the other person is wrong is merely your opinion, which means there is essentially no solid basis for any confrontation. It is just a verbal debate, nothing we could use to complain against the casino.

I'm sorry, but I do not see the point where any of this goes against the randomness.

It is just a unique graphic and "story" mechanism to invoke the feeling that you actually bring the toy outside the tank. The randomness determines the outcome, but the rest is just a show.

We can't help you, and the forum is not the place for challenging rejected complaint requests because the people who rejected your case are not even here.

Wow if you left it alone I would have stopped as for personal attacks wasn't you whom tried to make out multiples times now that I don't comprehend the situation despite you admitting you have no understanding of the actual game therefore how the rules apply? like the person who decided to rejected my claim.
