We shouldn't have to fight to get our winnings PERIOD!! Especially when we go above and beyond to play by their ridiculous terms and conditions. It seems like those of us that do....will end up being declined over a made up rule or a situation that is blatantly false like the one they denied me for (see above original post). After several attempts to prove them wrong they simply stopped replying to my messages and even ignored Casino Guru's requests as they did try to assist me after I submitted a formal complaint, which I am very grateful for. If this doesn't scream GUILT in itself then I don't know what else does. Unfortunately online gambling isn't regulated by any government entities so holding them responsible or trying to sue them gets you absolutely nowhere but broke. It's a sad situation so the only thing we can do as players is to complain on every available review platform to warn others in the hopes that these crooks go broke because nobody frequents their sites. Hopefully something gets put into place in the near future that will regulate these assholes and shut them down when they violate its' players rights. I wish you all the best of luck and PLEASE PLEASE take the time to research these gambling sites and take every complaint seriously when you do vet them. The odds are stacked against us enough in this viscous world...we HAVE to to our homework thoroughly to protect ourselves.

I agree 100% that it's always a good idea to do your research on a casino, because a player can learn a lot before depositing somewhere.

However, I am very sorry that your complaint and the whole case turned out the way it did and the casino did not respond. Satisfaction in the form of black points is obviously not enough, but it is at least something if the player will also go through complaints. 

I would really wish that such a case would not happen to you, because it is certainly not pleasant to have to deal with such worries and not to get the money you deserve on top of that.

On May 21st, i got an email from Daniel, suggesting to play on PrimaPlay casino, as they offer 50$ to play, without any deposit. So did i. To get some money, you had to bet 40x the 50$, meaning 2000$. The casino offer only PrimaPlay slots (at least i tryed 10 different, all from the same operator. After 3-4 hours i manage to bet 2000$ and i got around 88$, true money. I decide to withdraw the money. And here begins the good point.

If you want to withdraw to your card/bank accpunt, you had to pay 50$ fee and the minimum limit to withdraw is 200$. Other option was to withdraw to your bitcoin wallet with a small fee of 2%. I tryed this one.

I think you should remove this casino from your list and mark it as pure scam. Just for the record, i decide to play for fun all the money i had, since i wont deposit my money so i can withdraw what i won. Guess what. Now i have just 50$, the rest are gone.

Thank you for writing about your experience at this casino, and even though I am sorry that this happened to you, please know that you surely helped many others to learn about all this.

The fees are really high in my opinion, and I wouldn't be happy for sure if I had to pay that much.

When it comes to the verification deposit, though, it is nothing unusual that online casinos request it for such purposes, and usually it really is some small amount that has to be deposited.

I believe that it is always good to check all this information beforehand, though, so you know what to expect.

But anyway, have you decided now not to even try and withdraw your winnings?

Well, it is completely up to you, of course. It's just that it is completely normal that online casinos will ask for some minimal amount to be deposited so they can verify the payment method, as I said.

I believe you're referring to the Casino Guru no deposit newsletter offer, which I, not Daniel, actually provided.

In any case, it feels that you were asked for the verification deposit because based on information from the casino, this is indeed a no deposit bonus, yet in order to proceed with the payment, the method has to be verified.

"You will also need to make a $20 Bitcoin deposit in the casino. This is for verification purposes only and the funds can be withdrawn with no wagering requirement. " I see no scam in this.

Perhaps I misunderstood your explanation, so could you clarify what the issue is, please?
