also the smart pokies Facebook page deleted all my comments about rocknreels not paying withdrawals and the post by someone else. I asked why and now am blocked from page and today rocknreels informs it's closing coincidence I doubt it not sure why they can't just say what's happening

Usually it’s Tuesday or Wednesday if they have paid out over the weekend ( 3 business days ) and we also had Anzac Day Thursday which was a public holiday

I posted on FB: online pokies Australia which is run by smart pokies about not receiving my withdrawals and that rocknreels has a notice up regarding their closure, and they never approved my post just deleted it which I found strange

It’s definitely by Tuesday if you’re with commbank as all my withdrawals has been in my bank account by Tuesday regardless of what day I withdrew from rocknreels

The agent today told me by 2nd May I should receive my withdrawals which was made on 18/4/24 & 22/4/24 so will see if it turns up.

There was another time where I thought I wasn’t going to receive my money coz I waited over 7 business days but I ended up getting it (this was in Dec last year). So I’m hoping it’s the same thing where it’s just a bit delayed and that we will all receive our money in the next couple of days.

Wonder why they are blocking and kicking people off the page over a genuine question/concern. There has been similar posts asking about withdrawals etc that were approved to be posted in the past. And as for the closure of rocknreels that’s fact coz it’s posted on the website
