I won $4100 Thursday morning & Saturday it showed the transaction as being completed on their end, haven't yet received funds yet has its been 4 days already.

Hello there. About which casino are you talking about, if I may ask? Also when you say "completed on their end", do I understand it correctly, that they have actually sent the money to your account, yes? Just let me kindly point out that the approval happened during the weekend, and usually the casinos, as well as the banks, do not process any payments. In this case try to be little bit patient, usually we give casinos 14 days to proceed the withdrawal requests, could you do that 🙏? You can always check with he support of the casino and even with your bank or your payment provider to make sure everything is ok.

As far as your withdrawal is concerned, there is no reason to panic as it is only a few days away and as Romi wrote, it is possible that the casino does not process withdrawals over the weekend. So it may take a few days, and I firmly believe that you will get your money as soon as possible. What payment method did you use ?
However, if you have any trouble and can't withdraw your money, you can turn to us.

I have a question. I found this on the Overview page:
"Warning: Royal Reels Casino has certain sections of Bonus Terms and Conditions that we consider to be unfair to the casino's players. These might cause you issues if you decide to take advantage of the casino's bonuses or promotions. Because of this, we advise you to look for a casino with fair rules or at least pay special attention to this casino's Terms and Conditions if you decide to play at it."
I looked at their Terms and Conditions and didn't see anything out of the ordinary, but perhaps it was this:
"13. The Player is not allowed to use any strategies while playing with an active bonus in order to fulfil the requirements to wager the bonus. If the Player uses such strategies, and if the Casino has sufficient grounds to believe that the Player's actions are aimed solely to obtain financial benefits using the bonus advantage, then the Casino reserves the right to cancel all Player's winnings."
It's quite a vague term isn't it 😛
Anyway perhaps there was something else I missed and would love a clarification as to why you have this warning.
Whilst I am here I also wanted to point out that they don't mention a max bet size while wagering the bonus. Which is odd.
And one last thing. The wagering terms of only 30x the bonus amount seems to be one of the fairest available from casinos these days.

So I made a $60 deposit with a 50% bonus. Very first bonus I hit on a 30 cent bet:
Completed the wagering with $6069. Withdrew on Sunday night, in my bank account Tuesday afternoon.

Well, that makes me very happy and congratulations on a great win. No max cashout applied to the bonus and you could withdraw everything you uploaded ? I'd say that's not that common.
Also the money came to you quickly, what method did you use to withdraw it ? I suppose you'll try it again if you managed to do that.

Regarding your withdrawal, at what stage is it please ? Do you see it pending somewhere or does it have some other status ? Have you asked the casino if they have sent the money yet ? When did you request the withdrawal ?

No, my complaint is with royal reels, not rocking reels.

I can't say if my withdrawal is pending Because there is no sign of it in any of my transaction history. Although when I did collect, it said it was successfully withdrawn and this was the 25th of May.
So I don't know if it's been complete pending. Oh, because none existed on my account.Even the game play the one it won the 6k is not even on my way account history i cant Speak to anyone because nobody replies back and you are speaking her robot that you can only ask searching questions that they choose as options. I've even emailed them with the contact as part of the website and no help this has never happened to me before. Spent thousands of dollars on this casino im a a very Loyal customer

Thanks, I understand your situation. What puzzles me is that you don't see a withdrawal or gameplay anywhere in the history, I hope that won't be a problem after all.
Communication is also important, and I see you don't have any, which is a shame anyway.
However, we'll see if the casino sends the money or how it behaves and of course if nothing happens, you can report it all to our team who will try to help you.
