They are not casino they are scam companies involved in money laundering,identity theft and more.

They don't even hold curaçao license please check on curaçao license website .

They use rigged and pirates games I got confirmation from games providers that they don't use genuine games .

They use 100 different merchants you might find different name each time you pay them and none of them are associated with gambling industry.

It's not legit in every possible way .

Stay away from this website ,don't pay them anything and if you ever did pay them block your card as they set up reoccurring payments each time you pay them also contact your bank !!!!!

Hi, I assume from this post that you haven't had a good experience with this casino. Do you have any proof of what you are describing ? 

I also noticed that you filed a complaint against the casino, so Petronella could certainly use some evidence and I'm curious how this situation will continue.

Have you shown the casino's support those emails? I would do that for sure. Demanding "Tell me it was not sent from you, do you see the logo at least? 🙂

Still this is not scamming, all casinos groups share the list through the group, it is sometimes mention the rules or in the disclamer. "For the purposes of further advertisement" or "for commercial purposes..."

Have you ever seen that somewhere?

file email is official... i never register account on this site... they check my email and they say that i dont have account on this site 🙂 i always disagree for that kind emails (with promotion etc.) on any casinos site... pure scam... even they dont know how i get emails from seven casino... they cannot explain this 🙂 they say that they never send me this email but when i show "print screen" they say about sending this info to revelant departament... i ask them it is not against the law and they close my chat xD

So it's pretty strange if the casino itself doesn't even know about the email getting to you. Maybe there was just some mistake. 

However, if you get a reply from the relevant department, could you share with us the reason they mentioned how the email got to you ?

it was, and i realised too late they weren't UKGC, i am not too worried about the fact i lost some money on their site but i wish i could do something to report them as they are blatantly lying to my face even with the facts shown to them, they are definitly crooks, the games do not play or pay the intended way and the payment methods stinks of money laundering.live and and learn as they says.

I just had a nice win from this casino, but having read the rest of this forum I'm super worried I've been scammed! The withdrawal is processing to hopefully nothing to worry about.

Hi, how long does the withdrawal process take ? Do you already have a verified account ? 

I understand that you probably don't have the best feeling after what you have read, but the important thing is to be patient and see how the situation develops further. Let us know if you get the money or if you have difficulties.

I've just been verified.


I had to send them a bank statement (proof of address), a photo of both sides of the card I deposited the money with - they ask you to blur out the digits except the first six and last four (proof of payment), and my driver's license (proof of identity). They got back pretty quickly to be fair to them, under 24 hours, which gives me some hope.


I then contacted chat support to ask how long it'd take for the money to get into my account and they said it could take a maximum of 36 hours, but also that I would have to cancel my withdrawal as it would be rejected as it was over the 1,000 EUR maximum daily withdrawal allowance. So I've resent the withdrawal, this time split into 1,000 EUR and another for 500 EUR, which I should receive over the next few days...


So I shall find out before the end of the week and update here, but so far, so good.

I am glad that you have successfully verified yourself and are now waiting for the money. I firmly believe that by the end of the week they will come and you will be able to enjoy yourself. Be sure to let us know when that happens.

Update 1:

The withdrawals now say 'pending' and I've been told they'll go through tomorrow.

BUT there's a potentially big problem. I was reading Trustpilot reviews and they apparently refuse to pay out to lots of countries. So I went to the terms and conditions and indeed, it says that:

3.4. The Company does not allow to create an account and deposit money to the citizens from the following countries: Afghanistan, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belize, Bolivia, Cayman Islands, China, Cyprus, France, Iraq, Italy, Jersey, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Lichtenstein, Mexico, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Puerto Rico, Russia, San Marino, Spain, Syria, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam. This list can be updated by the Company without prior notice at any time. You agree that you will not create an account in the above mentioned jurisdictions. Otherwise, we will be forced to block your account. The Company decides about withdraws from blocked accounts in accordance with unilateral provisions.

If this is the case, and they allowed me to deposit over £1,000, full well knowing I am from the UK and thinking that by including this in the terms and conditions they are absolved of all responsibility, I am absolutely furious.

If they do not pay out, the fact UK citizens can use this website and be so easily scammed is ridiculous. I will send absolute hell their way. They scammed the wrong person. I'll first have to talk to my bank and Citizen's Advice to see if there's anything they can do to get my money back (I doubt it).

I'll be reporting them to:

  • The Police
  • National Crime Agency
  • Action Fraud
  • UK Gambling Commission (just to warn them, they don't have a UK license)
  • Cloudfare
  • Curacao Gaming Commission (whom they have a license with)
  • Finance Ministers of Curacao and Cyprus (where the company is based)
  • My MP
  • Parliament's Gambling Industry Committee

I will update here again by Christmas to let you know of any developments.

Oh, so that could be a problem when withdrawing money. Haven't you seen this in the Terms and Conditions before ?  

Anyway, it will be good if we wait how the situation develops further and if you manage to get the money. I am curious how this situation will turn out.
