You will not even consider my situation which I came to you very early on asking you to act as an intermediary though you refused to even acknowledge my claims sir on the basis of not having authority over intervening. i had withdrawn $500 on march 16 on the solana blockchain after winning sport bettings and then its been almost a week since they said they have to manually fcheck my KYC however all my KYC went thru with no issues, I even had to submit a bank statement which is valid and verified. They wont give me an estimate time for the withdrawal.

So you say that they have paid you your withdrawal recently, and now there are some delays with the other one. Right?

In this case, and especially also when your account is fully verified, you should just try to be patient. Maybe they really experience some kind of delays caused by many withdrawal requests, you know.

Please try that, and surely keep us informed about how it goes.

they paid my withdrawals from before, they didnt ask me for kyc. I won $700 and i withdrew $500, then they asked me for KYC. I completed the KYC on march 16. Today is march 26. Its been 10 days.


it does not take 10 days for a casino to process a withdrawal.
