I read you comments and let me tell you my story about SkyCrown..i open my account and deposit 20 euro ( I didn’t use any bonus) I play gates of Olympus ( buy bonus) first 20 euro buy bonus little profit..second buy bonus i hit the max win 5000X ( 1000 euros) than i switch to game Wantend Dead or Wild ..i played buy bonus duel .. on the 3-time i hit 6000X ..so after I played one hour in the casino I made a profit over 2000 euros ( with only 20 euros deposit) ..after all slots are games of luck..and I was lucky this time!!! Then verification went very fast ( within a hour and my withdrawal processed same day yesterday now I need to receive my winnings probably Monday…filefile

this particular casino still holds a good reputation, and all submitted complaints - aside from those we've rejected were closed as resolved.

It's not very kind to assume that every player who gets his/her winnings is some sort o "pretender".

Missing deposit is really an unpleasant experience, be prepared it might take at least a few days to handle such a matter, at least from my experience. I could figure out whether you've passed the verification or you're still struggling.😕

Have all the bankstatements… what I don’t understand is the fact that and the previous issue , ime not alone ! .. they don’t come back .. now suddenly they blocked me for zero reason .. and still they score so high at Guru … we both know ime advanced player so by now I should know how it works . But zero feedback .still in my head the " thing of €4000 . Abd if I read the comments ime not the only one .

They say verification was ok ….after I got a new Mastercard etc …. They approved it . After I lost 121.000rand . The bank wouldn’t provide me a statement like sky wanted . Can you imagine if you win now ? Would love to hear players everting went smooth .

I understand your concern, I would have many questions being in your shoes, let's just say in some cases casinos are not particularly sharing the reasons for the account closure. Despite all ideas, only the casino can fully explain the reason to you, or to us.

We both have to wait for the complaint to develop further, I'd say.

But it feels like the bank is creating an issue now. Asking for a banking statement is a common practice. What makes your bank prohibit this document, I wonder?

I sent my bankstatements all of them with proof … there was totally no need to not pay out . So it’s not the bank … went into the bank . The casino was asking something else then a statements.. the wanted to have a written statement. They don’t do … because it’s safety thing . My card was just damaged at the back .. everything was proven bij statements all of the last 90 days

I feel it would be good to distinguish the KYC (know your customer) verification which is usually triggered by the very first withdrawal request with further additional checks applied when you win big.

Those are different processes.

Anyway, your recent complaint is about missing a deposit at the same time, you mentioned the casino said you lost it already.

So the issue is that you claim the deposit has been lost while the casino claim it has been played out. Is it right, please?

Yeah but I just replied to the question.. no that’s money is gone . This is a new thing . My bank statement with stamps ( in South Africa ) everything is officially stamps .. so it’s show my missing money ( also it showed it went to the bank account from casino … so that’s the strange thing
