Yeah. But on your withdrawel bit. Does it still say cancel request? If it does then it means they not even started the process . I'm surprised your still on chat. They have blocked alot of people on that cause they don't want to discuss withdrawels

Yes it still says I could cancel, I haven't pressed it because they'd probably do it then say it's back to 21 days. Have you ever had a reply from any emails . I left a review on trust pilot and they just put please contact us to discuss the issue

Shouldn't say cancel after all this time. They clearly not even looked into your withdrawel yet. And that is a point you need to make to them next on chat.

There’s currently 5 open complaints on here regarding no withdrawal being issued to anyone. One person is on working day 31 which is very concerning. This is really theft at its finest and I hope some real hard investigations take place because they can’t get away with this.

I have been waiting for a withdrawal for 4 days only but on their withdrawal info it states 24-48 hours? I have contacted chat but they say 14-21 days. We will wait and see but I am not holding out much hope. I will keep you updated.

I think the 6.3/10 needs downgrading to atleast a 1 or 2.

6.3 indicates to many people that it's above average, which it clearly isn't.

No license

No paying out of winnings

Clearly a scam site.
