Maybe 2 years who knows. My First withdraw yes. In status is like first day. Nothing change. You work there to them or you can help with that? Thanks

Radka doesn't work there but you can file a complaint on our website if you are waiting more than 14 days for your withdrawal. I see that you have not learned anything specific that could help us. 

Besides, wasn't it necessary for you to send any documents to the casino? This is something that could slow down the withdrawal since KYC is often required on the first withdrawal even though it is not always a requirement.
