Played with NO bonus straight cash deposit

Account fully verified and approved.

The casino keeps telling me its that their payment processor is behind not the casino so therefore they have no say in the payout(s)


I won the first withdrawal on 7-17 and it was "wire approved" on July 25 for $2225.00

The Second withdrawal won on 7-26 and was also "wire approved" on August 9th for $2500

sunrise slots takes 30 days at least to process a withdrawal via bitcoin if it is not done thru coindraw. always use coindraw.

I dont think I would mind as much if they told me "Hey, we dont pay right away and it could take up to 1000 days, OK Thanks, I'll wait & will know better not to play with that casino again. But the fact of the matter is the lack follow up, no communication, no sense urgency, and no compassion, is what gets me.
