Já jogava neste casino há algum tempo e já tinha recebido vários bónus, todos com limite de conversão, quase sempre de 10x. Nesta última vez que joguei também não consegui jogar com 2,5 euros, desde a minha primeira aposta comecei a ganhar e cheguei aos 200 euros, mas quando completei a aposta deixaram-me 35 euros de saldo supostamente devido ao limite de conversão. O que também não bate, porque depositei 15 euros e o limite de conversão era de 25 euros, seriam 40 euros.

Os termos de condições do casino não são completamente claros com isto, embora indiquem os limites de conversão, em nenhum lugar diz qual o saldo que é jogado primeiro e nos bónus anteriores tinha sido o saldo real primeiro. Eles tiraram meus ganhos com saldo real por ter um bônus ativo.

Hello! Whn you deposit and play there is no problem when it is time for withdrawal problems starting.. i deposit via visa but i cannot withdrawal with visa or bank transfer my winnings, only with crypto... I have made my withdrawal with crypto wallet 3 hours ago .. still nothing.. I will update.
