Hi Jaro. Yes this is my first time but for sure the last one. i chose bank transfer. I am really dissapointed with the method which uses somę casinos. What is funny Casino informed me that they can use there own payment schedule and now they are using it. I am afraid I won’t see my money. IF you have a choice, omit this place - only it give you frustration and disappointement

Ok, 2 weekend is on Tuesday. Than should I submit the claim? To be frank waiting for 2 weeks is pointless. Nothing changes because it is simple scam. My withdrawal now is blocked and i do not have any information why. What is the worst playing in Casino should be pleasing. You should be relaxed. For me this time is really frustrating because I cannot reach any support nowwhere to get my money which I had won in an legał way. Really, I will never play nowhere to avois situations.

You can file a complaint now, but according to our procedures, we wait two weeks and then investigate the situation further. So it's up to you how you want to proceed; you can do it now if you want. I understand that this doesn't help you feel any better while the situation is ongoing, but sometimes you have to learn to deal with difficult situations, and if you can manage it, I believe it will have a happy ending.

Sure, to be frank nothing changes. As you see the Company can use there own schedule and kobiet knows how long does it takie. I am really damaged With fighting with them on my own.filefile

You'll be notified when your attention is needed again. I checked the timer; in more than 24 hours, the complaint will proceed further. Try to rest your mind a bit. 🙏

I try but this is the second time when I was treated in zuch a way by the Casino. I play only for fun and I put there my additional money but it does not mean that I can be treated like that. Today I reminded myself there and I Heard that i had to wait again a little bit. It is frustrating when the place which you checked before deposit sth ,seems to be legał and transparent and at the end of the day it is not at all.

Hello, I made the complaint, now I have the info that I need to wait additional one week for the answer of Casino Guru Where I confirmed that sińce 18.02 nothing happened with my withdrawal. What is the next step? After one week additional week for the Casino to reply? It give more than one month without my withdrawal of nothing happens…

Well, each party always has a week to respond to the complaint, so if the resolver asks you something, answer everything and send what is necessary. Then you have to wait. When we contact the casino, you will see it in your thread.

I understand but I put the claim that my payment hasn’t been proceder. IF the case would be resolved I will use the buttom resolved. After the week of waiting, the mediator answered if something changed and there is another week of waiting to accept only my answer that nothing changed. So I do not understand this step at all.
