There is already a law firm in The Netherlands (Loonstein) that's bringing many casinos to court for their illegal operation in The Netherlands in the past claiming all lost funds back on the casinos.


The same what is happening in Germany now is also happening here which is a great thing I believe.

West casino is corrupt and is well known for ripping people off when they win. I think it's highly unlikely you will get your money now after all this time but I hope you do eventually

Just checked and they answered my mail, live support doesn't help at all unless you are logged into an account, my account is closed so that makes live support useless, they shouldn't offer live chat at all unless logged in, it's a waste of time

On my side they didn't answer at all for any of my emails after they closed my account!

Only a bonus balance for a couple of hundreds euro that supposed to be almost complete of wagering requirements.

But i've deposited around 15k in total,so my account was VIP and when they realised that they Work illegally in Netherlands,they just simply cancel my player account.

They suspended my account duo to juristriction issues.

But my account was fully verified,with bank statement,id ,all kind of financial proofs that I've sent to them.

When I've asked them about the issues with the licence to operate in Netherlands,that was the end.

Practically they expected that nobody ask about jurisdiction rules.And they can do whatever they want.

So you are asking for a refund of all the deposits you made? Let me ask: did you ever managed to withdraw normally from the account during the time you played there? You played normally and managed to withdraw when needed or not?

If you never managed to withdraw absolutely anything then you should get all your deposits refund, also, you said you went through KYC procedures and if I remember correctly that verification is only enforced upon first withdrawal request, mine took around a week, so why you kept playing there if you never managed to withdraw? I also see your complaint was closed as unjustified, maybe you didn't word your situation correctly?? If the casino never allowed you to withdraw absolutely nothing and all your withdrawal request were rejected, why you played there for so long?

The casino doesn't reply to my requests, e-mails at all.

Looks like there is not much to do, next time don't keep playing on a casino that rejects your withdrawals, that's just common sense, I don't want to judge and sorry if you feel judged, but who deposits 14 THOUSANDS euros on a casino that rejects your withdrawals?💀 Once a withdrawal is rejected, you shouldn't play there at all, not new deposits, no more betting, no nothing

Right, many casinos apply the same limitation. Only registered users with active accounts have access to chat. 🙁

As long as it requires a username, I'd say it indicates unregistered users will not be served:
