Hi Thank you, no, I had only opened the account for the first time, I did not know about this casino, my husband told me it was ok as he read up the review on your site, had been playing on Slot Mafia for quite along time and was never a issue they honoured winnings and transferred to my account, I hadn't had a win for a while so I thought I would try a new, I am honest, I do not accept they bonuses that they offer on deposit, the only bonus I would play activate was ones they credited to my account due to my withdrawals, I think they are not very nice for what they have done to me it is terrible tbh disgusting, thank you and hope to hear from you soon

Its so sad what has become of the guru. They used to be a trusted review site. Now all the casinos just pay them off for a good review. Yes he has had a account for quite a while, please note that is his account played on his device, his account should have no connection what so ever with mine, this seems to just be a case of the casino trying anything they can to swindle money, I can not think of any other explanation for there unjust actions they have taken, like I stated previously I choose not to use there bonuses when depositing and they can clearly see that if they cared to check my account, so why would I bother 2 open another or multiple accounts, this is how I are convinced they are completely dishonest and corrupt as I never selected Bonuses when depositing what is the benefit out off opening more accounts, the verification process is so security tight that the casino can not be scammed or swindled, yes they can rip me off $2600 dollars and try justifying it by alleging duplicate multiple accounts, wow this is purely fraud theft at its finest conducted by the casino, if people do or are opening multiple accounts the casino knows it yet they will sit do nothing and take there deposits until the have a win and then pull the duplicate account card out of there pockets, knowing regardless of how many accounts may or may not have, how is the casino out of pocket another there not stupid its a carefully thought out scam i believe, and to deactivate my account, you do not get much lower humans than this, anyone who joins or plays at this establishment wow I feel sorry for you, seriously you may as well burn your money cause that is exactly what will happen at this casino I have no doubt.

Do you use the same internet connection with your husband?

Here is an example of what could actually happen: Just because of the same IP address you and your husband play from in this casino, they could have a red flag in their system, which led them to think that multiple accounts were used, actually. 🤷‍♀️

So, please mention this fact about your husband having an account at this casino to your complaint resolver, and we will do everything to help you out. Ok?

Hopefully the casino will cooperate with us. Patience is needed here, though. 🙏

Apologies, yes I will remain calm and put the benefit of doubt that this or something that the casino has presumed is the case and that they can see & realise that I are a genuine honest person and not trying to commit any offence or fraud against them, tbh if they were to explain why they have done this to me and it is simply cleared up and they see they have or there system has made an error, I will not hold any ill feeling towards there casino and will continue to play there, so fingers x that some good comes my way as these past almost 3yrs has been very difficult not so much about money but my health and playing at the online casino's was something I found brought me joy and a sense of happiness at times,

Your question regarding Internet connection, yes of course we have one home internet and land line connection, we pay monthly for unlimited data, and to connect we just use wifi, we have several devices in our home that all run through WIFI back to the one modem, its bit confusing as even if it is one ip address that has flagged surely they can see that its 2 different accounts logged in one in my name and one in my husbands I find it hard to see how that is suspicious or how it can benefit anyone in any way, if they are alleging they are seeing 2 x kerry smith logged in on the same IP then yes I would understand, but that is impossible because I play on my account and he plays on his and it has always been like this,

Feel free to complain if you come across anything on your own. Since this situation hasn't been fully addressed yet, I guess this is not necessary at all. Even the best casinos may eventually miss a point; that happens on both sides. 🙂 My colleagues will surely investigate the whole matter, and then we shall see, I bet.

Well, this is what comes to my mind, that the casino could have seen the connection within the same IPs and accused you of having multiple accounts.

Usually it is written in the terms that it is not allowed to have more than one account in one household, you know.

We believe, though, that if there was nothing abused, like bonuses, for example, and if your husband even plays from his own device, the casino should pay out your winnings.

Our complaint team will get in touch with them, and hopefully we will be able to achieve it.

When I go to the withdrawal window the amount available shows 0$ but when I look at my balance it is 687$. I accepted no bonus. I email them and they only respond after 24hrs no mater what. The last respond said they will only complete verification once a withdrawal has been requested... and it won't let me request a withdrawal. Guess I'll just wait another 24hrs


Do not play here folks unless you want to get the run around for 2 weeks trying to cashout a meager 687$

I'm asking because it seems that the balance you described is not recognized as withdrawable funds for some reason.
