I withdrawed 1300€ and they told me to wait 14 days for a check for the gaming session from the provider ! I played 300€ and I re tried to withdraw 1000€. No one replies with email and I am waiting for live chat about 10 minutes per answer. They cancelled my withdrawal with no notification. Worst casino experience ever!!! Still waiting for an update. NO RECOMMEND AGAIN

Hello, I don't think that was the best idea. So you had to cancel the 1300€ withdrawal and to 1000 to enter it again. The best thing to do would be to leave the money until the check from the provider finishes, because it will probably be needed anyway. Sometimes casinos or providers ask for it, so I don't see anything wrong with it. Of course they shouldn't give you an update if nothing has been resolved yet and they said it should be 14 days. I would also mention that this is exactly the time we give casinos to sort out the withdrawal process. 

So I would recommend to leave it at that and wait for the game provider to come up with a result and see what we find out.
