hello, I'm scared of these posts in which I read only negative things, I also have an amount to withdraw, I made two withdrawals and after 3 days they were canceled for kyc. I sent what they asked me and now I'm waiting for their answer related to kyc and checking the game, it's just that I collected the amount from several games and I suppose I'll be waiting a long time. We'll see in the next 2 weeks!

The situation with ybets casino its quite complicated. Verification was not a big problem and was quite simple and took 3 days, i think.

In my situation i have to be sending emails because they simply dont answer. And worst of all, they obviously dont comunicate between them. Every time i receive an email i have to clarify the situation because they end up talking about something that was already spoken.. they always "run" of the problems. They will do that you will see. Be ready for it. They will probably say your bank rejected the withdrawal. Thats what they told me and other players from what i saw... but thats not true, i spoke with my bank and no attempt was made.

Ybets? Here in the forum they didnt said a word on my complaint post..nothing.. only casino guru is answering me...im still waiting for an answer, via email, for an solution for my withdraw

Their strategy is simple. First they made us wait for the withdrawal. Then keep delaying with KYC and game providers checking for "integrity" and "fair" environment. But somehow your winning is back to your account and u can also use it. Now lots of players lost their patience and start playing, sadly most of them lost. If u have patience they will out of reasons and cant do nothing but paid out your winning with some bullshit arguments like technical issues,... Etc.

Where you wrote your opinion about the casino, they answered exactly what you said, that you tried to withdraw to another card and that's where the problems came from.

I'm curious to see what other excuses they'll use next with me. The ones that were valid and that i understood were KYC, validate game session and problems with withdrawals sistem. This can happen with any casino (but be smart and dont let them play with you with this).

I wont give up like i said. Im a very patience person. I have the right to withdrawal my money.

Ah, yes. There. I did just one deposit on ybets casino. With a pre paid card (linked to my card) . Because my card was not working, i dont know why. Since its not possible to withdraw to a pre paid card they told me that i was allowed to do a withdrawl request to my card. I tried this and it was when they said my bank rejected the transaction. That is not true like i explained before. I contacted my bank and they told me no transation was tried.

Updated: after ~ 36 hours, they actually paid out my winning (crypto withdrawal). I guess i'm lucky. good luck btw to all of u guys !!

Im still waiting for them to give a solution.. my skrill account is not working.. and i still dont understand how they expect me to believe that they have tried a transaction to my bank, only with my card number.. my bank didnt receive any attempt
