hopefully casino guru staff can step in and help get this resolved as soon as possible, the time you have been waiting for your money is way beyond anything ive ever personally experienced.

...so just been on chat, have been told by Anna and Michael to wait to speak to lucas, the same Lucas who has failed to respond to our promise made to each other less then 24 hours ago.

Been told that I'm now not in a special queue but the normal one, but both failed to give the number when asked what i am in the queue (which i know is possible because, i told last week that i was 17 in the queue at one point and then next in the queue)

I Might put a phone call to the pope and ask for a call back to see if I get a reply sooner from him or from the info@zeusglory.com email address. ..

Of course I will update this forum of the reply and when I recieved it .. might be lucky this time, might be told when I'm getting paid this money.... maybe.

Yea good luck with that, if your very, very lucky they might respond to your email, then vanish for a few days and then reappear with a reply email that contains no informationon on what you were asking in the first place...of course that is if your lucky.

If you told to speak to lucas, ask not to, as he only replies when he can be bothered to. Even when the chat team passes a message to him and they tell you he will be in contact. He won't .


Then the chat team will have a go at you for asking to speak to lucas again because he hasn't replied still, and make out you shouldn't be on chat because Lucas will email you, which he won't do, then the chat team will make out it's your fault somehow because their colleague isn't doing his job by getting back to you, but somehow that's your fault not Zeus glory fault. It's all very tiring.

So day 13 update,


I asked Anna on chat this morning where I am in the queue and she says I believe im next (see attached photo) when I said that next in the queue must mean today, she said she doesn't know when I'm getting paid... so which one is it?

She keeps telling me she will ask Lucas to contact me, again he still has not.

So been 48 hours and was promised a daily update on Friday, didn't happen yesterday, still not yet happened today.


So as you can see from the email from them yesterday.... they know how to pay me, they know how much to pay me, but they still haven't,.why not Zeus Glory?

Please apply the funds you want to withdraw for the withdrawal does not matter which option you use, the most important thing is that you have your request And since we have an info on which bank account you would like to transfer that is not an issue.

So it's been 24 hours since I did my withdrawal, If it's paid in the next 24 hours that's a good withdrawal speed for any casino, but if we start to go into next week.... well this is the same amount of time YOU will be waiting for YOUR withdrawal...... Think about that when your choosing a new casino to join.

I know the withdrawal has not been processed as it's still showing on my account as being able to cancel the withdrawal, which means it's still not been processed yet.

if you are actually up next in the queue as they said you are, then you would think you would get a payout today, like it should be fairly instant, unless of course its lies and you are not next in the queue, or they are are only paying out one customer per day or something, which would be crazy. also sadly though i feel now its the weekend, (none business days) they have now an extra excuse they could possibly use not to pay you for at least another 2 days if not more.

for a small operation, they seem to have a vast amount of different "departments" they pass you around to each day. i believe they will pay you, as i stated some days ago from my own experience, however i still think the entire thing in your situation is "delay tactics" due to the large sum of money, in the hope you get sick of waiting and gamble it away. Is your withdrawal still able to be cancelled? if so, then that would mean the process hasnt even begun yet, which is even more time needed for you to receive the funds.

...we do tens if no hundreds of daily transactions in a such manner.

...above was what the staff member from Zeus glory said on Friday on this chat room.

So if Zeus Glory processes 10s if not hundreds of daily transactions, prority must mean that im due to be paid today..... we will all see

So there are a couple of ways we can do this according to the financial department. 

So far we were able to transfer to the user cards without a problem in the UK So your case is an exception for us and we have to go around some practices we do not usually do to make your withdrawal happen.

We offered you a crypto option for the settlement as well as the different bank card, but none of the options seem to work for your case. 

First option would be if you can get a different bank card that accepts the international payments and we will be able to transfer to that card in a very timely manner. 

If not, the second option would be for us to wait, As Financial department told me it may take up to 10 Working days for Bank transfer to finish and the withdrawal amount to hit your account. We will try our best to make it faster but these are the timelines financial told me. 

Your case seems to be a very different from how we usually conduct our operations. None of the ongoing options work for you at this time, But we understand that there might be circumstances and therefore will try our best to make it work for you. 

Let me know what you think and if you will be able to get the Bank card that accepts international payments or we agree to wait for a maximum of 10 Working days for the first withdrawal to hit your bank.

So i asked Lucas...... are the financial department starting the process today by starting the transur today, or they going to be sitting around for next 10 days then going to push the button??......

and once again he dosent anser the question and he appears to done his vanishing act again!!!!!

Also I know what they are doing, earlier I on here about new players having to wait for their withdrawals... so he's put me down as a special case... so it's dont look like new players will have to wait for their transfer.... also it would appear they have deleted all my previous chats on my profile.... but that's fine because I have all the screenshots!!!!

So here is what I can do for you . Processing is ongoing right now , writing does not do the process any good. We will continue working on the withdrawal on our end which will be processed in MAXIMUM 10 working days or sooner.

This is all the INformation I can give you right now, not only me but also our team will not be able to give you any extra details or updates.

So will I or won't I get a reply on Monday from Lucas....... let's not have another broken promise from Zeus Glory.....

.. so 10 working days or sooner is now the estimate.... if it take the 10 working days, that would mean I would of been waiting for a total of 27 days for a withdrawal

They told me that they were going to make a SEPA payment.. as you can see below SEPA payments take between 24 - 48 hours as below...... so no idea about the 10 working days rubbish..... and SEPA Instant.... is just 10 seconds!!.. not 10 working days

Lucas told me he's not the person from Zeus glory that makes comments on here from their casino. He didn't say who, just that it's not him and has no involvement in it.
