Hi, I'm sorry for the situation you're in. As far as your information is concerned, you have it well and it is licensed under this exact license. When did you write to the authority ? Sometimes it can take some time to write back, that's why I'm asking. 

Additionally, the casino has told us that it will not respond to any complaints and so I feel that the only option is to complain to the regulator as you have already done.

However, can you describe what happened so that we have a better overview ?

So that's an unpleasant situation you've gotten yourself into, and I definitely understand if you're upset because I would be too. If the casino told me they would give me a refund of my deposit and nothing has happened since and communication was at a standstill, I would be worried. 

As far as the fact that you wrote to them on skype, the answer seems to me as if you wrote to a department that is not in charge of dealing with complaints and therefore they recommended that you find the authorities that deal with this license. I don't think they mean it that way, but rather that it is necessary to write to the department that deals with it directly and not to some general contact.

I haven't seen such a license yet and according to the information from my colleagues it will be best if you write a Curacao license as I have already told you. 

This one you sent doesn't seem to be legit so I would stick with the original one to avoid any problems.

Well, I don't know what the exact time frame is for the authority to respond, so in that case I'm not sure what the best thing to do is. You just have to wait and see if they get back to you or how they approach your case. That's the only thing we can do. 😥

Hello, any suggestions on the next steps when casino did not admit their wrongdoings and they are backed up by the regulator? I have asked for many different opinions (also won a complaint here) and all of them were in my favor.
