main thing is open my acount again and my 40000€ back in my acount . other ways i start talk lawyer and start cort road becuse i dindt to enything wrong . its icecasino problem if some worker can steel acount and can steel cash in acount .

This whole issue is not as simple, I would say, and surely needs to be thoroughly investigated.

We don't really know who these people are that were pretending to be us who sent you the email. It is very important not to give any information to someone you are not sure who they are. So, not even the casino knows what exactly happened, I believe.

Maybe it really would be good if you talked to your lawyer about it.

i didnt write my password enywhere . and i get block before i start talking someone. icecasino block me because i win and they dont want pay .

If I may, I suggest at least for the future to start using a login different from your email address. This is the very first thing to save you larger troubles and pretty much what the hacker used against you.

Kindly send me your new desired username/login to community@casino.guru - not to a fake consultant - to prevent further chances of scamming you again by someone else.

I can assure you it was no one from the Casino Guru Team and I'm also certain the attacker is not from the Ice Casino because other players using the same login + email were emailed in the past. This is the catch.
