Hello,

My best guess is that we are only allowed to show you the locally licensed casinos, and we currently only have three of them in the database. The other casinos accept the Hungarian players too but are not licensed for your country. Sadly, this is very common for most regulated markets. As you can see, all three casinos are named "name".hu

Is it really true that I can't make a complaint about a casino and then write a review, even if the complaint is already closed?

You can write your user review at any time, of course. If a complaint is pending for the casino you wrote the review for, it will have to wait until the complaint is closed, and only then can we work with the review of yours.

Then if your complaint is closed as rejected, let's say, as it was in your case, we have to see the reason for rejection and the review you wrote. We need to read carefully to see if it is the same issue as it was in the complaint.

So, to be more specific. You wanted your complaint to be closed because you made a mistake with those bonuses, right? That is why we also rejected your review, because the complaint was rejected and the review was about the same issue.

I just saw your second review you wrote for the same casino, and it was mostly regarding the bonus again, where we believe that no casino deserves a low rating if all the terms are written for the bonus on their site, and also because a bonus is actually a gift from the casino and all the players can decide whether to play with it.

The complaint was made based on incorrect information provided by the casino and when the matter was clarified, I asked to remove the complaint myself.

I wrote a new review afterwards, where all the incorrect statements were corrected. It was just my own experience of the casino's unfair bonus practices, which casino guru also mentions in the casino's descriptions.

So I still don't understand. Now the situation is that I can review any casino and their bonus practices except for this one, which I briefly made an incorrect complaint about, which I withdrew before the actual processing

So, in the future, by making a complaint about a casino, you remove the right to write any kind of review about the same casino in the future?

Or that I can't mention anything about bonuses if my complaint was about a bonus?

I have checked your second review, and as I can see, it was rejected with the wrong reason, and I would like to apologize. I have corrected it now.

You described there the bonus this casino offers, actually. Even though you are not happy with this kind of bonus, or even dissatisfied, we still believe that the casino doesn't deserve the low rating only because you do not like it. Everything is explained in the terms of this bonus, and all the players can decide whether to take it or not after reading those, actually.

So, please, if you'd like to write anything else in your user review for this casino, do so at any time.

In case there was some wrong information from the casino side about the bonus, of course, you can write about it in your review. We will deal with the information and again review it thoroughly.

If you are consistent then you should remove all reviews that have given a poor rating and mentioned bonus terms in the description, if that is forbidden to players in your opinion, right?

I check and found many review like that..

On my review i mentioned other things, such as the slowness of the deposit, but my entire review is rejected, only because for my mention of the bad bonus terms, which would be a good thing to warn new casino customers and remind them that it is a good idea to read bonus rules through, especially for this casino.

Who is being protected here, the players or the casino, if I am not allowed to give my own honest review, which therefore does not contain any false information?

Ok, every time I start writing again and I hope that this time you will accept it. Next is third of fourt try.

It would be nice if it was even possible to edit that already rejected review, but no, you just delete it totally. And i start again from scratch....


Next time I will try to emphasize something else and then I hope and pray crossed hands that you will consider that my honest and personal experience is now so-called correct in your eyes.
