I haven't used this forum for over a year.


I've been using a lot of online casinos lately and I've had good luck with the vast majority.


But now that I had a bad experience, I want to share it to try to help other people.


Be very careful with casinos linked to the company CASBIT GROUP N.V.


I will list some casinos that are hosted by this company

Do not deposit a single cent in any of these casinos, or you will lose the amount deposited.


Days ago they lost their Curacao license. Furthermore, a quick search on the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce website shows that the company that houses these casinos was discontinued in April of this year.

I have experience with dishonest casinos. They are clearly starting the process of escaping with the players' money.


The website owner hides his identity in WHOIS through a paid service, the typical step taken by crooks who own fraudulent websites when they are ready to run away with customers' money.


The only person linked to this casino, according to the Curaçao chamber of commerce, is a Ukrainian named Mykhailo Yemets...

I deposited a small amount of money on this site (LALA.BET) a few days ago and since then I have been trying to withdraw my money without success, due to an error message when trying to make the withdrawal.


The attendants give typical scam responses, such as "don't worry, we'll resolve the problem soon", "stay calm, we'll get in touch in the next few days"


Obviously they won't do anything like that... They've already started the escape process.


I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS OR YOU WILL LOSE MONEY.

Hey there, and welcome back.

Though I admire your concern for public acknowledgment, I would also like to add a few points, if you don't mind.

First of all, since the Curacao Gambling Regulations have been on the verge for quite some time, their direct impact on many casinos resulted in many "formally" unlicensed casinos. The thing is, the current sub-license system has been overcoming a serious change in its line of work and many management members have responded by canceling their licenses until the situation gets clearer. Some casinos have remained unlicensed, and some have turned to a completely different license provider.

The only way you can find out what's what is probably by asking the casino's management, I'm afraid.

Mind the news articles, for example:

Additionally, it's normal casino management is not introduced publicly. It's not a sign of fraud, I'd say. It's rather a precaution or a security measure. It's not uncommon for unlucky players to send letters or pay a visit to anyone they deem responsible for their losses. You may find such messages here on the forum too.

I think it would be great if you could somehow profess any of these "run away" tactics you mentioned.

I'm referring to the complaint you have submitted against Justbit Casino. It seems you have not mentioned the most valid information. Please share how long you have been struggling with this issue, at least.

Has anyone from the casino suggested a manual withdrawal request? Can you ask them to try that?

I agree that it looks suspicious if the only non-working feature is the withdrawal button, but as long as they are working on finding a solution, I think it's too early to say they are scamming players.

Insider information: Lalabet is currently in the middle of the rebranding process, so it will be visible again once the process has finished and the new brand has been reviewed.

My problem is the following


I made a withdrawal request after many deposits to my account. My withdrawal rejected and i contacted with them via live chat to ask for the reason. Then the customer support inform me that my country wich i live is prohibited to site and i can not withdraw my money. When i registered the same support said me that players from Greece are welcome to play to jungliwin. They never told me that players from Greece are not allowed to play here. Even today as you can see to attached screenshot anybody from Greece can register to this site without any problem. When i verified my account (before a month ago) even i uploaded my ID CARD wich showed that i am a Greek citizen they didn't tell me anything and they keep accepted my deposits without any problem and they left me play as normal player. Today they said me that i can not withdraw because i am from a prohibited country......


Do you have any idea if they are licensed or not? Any idea where to make a complain? I already ask to refund my deposits back but i have no answer

These casinos are completely illegal, they no longer have any license and the company was closed in April of this year. From now on, the site only remains online to steal money from those who continue to deposit. You have no chance of getting your money back, forget it. And it won't even be possible to sue them in court because they will have already fled and Curaçao's laws are conniving with this type of criminals (I have experience in what I'm talking about).


The amateurism and naivety of the Casino.guru moderators who still seem to trust that the sites are undergoing remodeling really catches my attention.


It's not about that... They have already started the escape process... Forget it...


I just hope that your case is similar to mine and that you deposited a ridiculous amount... Otherwise, I understand that it will be a terrible hassle.

Do you really need a bigger argument than the fact that they shut down the company?

I have no idea what could be greater proof that the company is closing than a document that says verbatim that the company is closing.

Mas todas as evidencias apontam para eles fugindo com o dinheiro de vocês. Todos os elementos que eu escrevi aqui me parecem bem sólidos para que eu afirme que são bandidos em fuga. Me causa surpresa os moderadores desse site ainda terem uma dose tão elevada de confiança sobre eles.

Outra noticia que chega a ser cômica ao mesmo tempo que é trágica: (FAÇA O TESTE VOCÊ MESMO SE QUISER) Se você jogar uma foto do suposto dono desses casinos em sites que procuram pessoas por reconhecimento facial (por exemplo PIMEYES.COM) você vai ver que ele é gigolô na Ucrânia.


Um gigolô que ao mesmo tempo é dono de um casino online que opera mundialmente e é registrado em um país que fica a milhares de km de distancia? hahahahahaha

Alright. Try to do this: Submit a complaint and choose any casino from the list. In your description, though, name clearly the casino you want to file the complaint for, so our complaint team will make the right change.

Everything started with my first withdrawal request. They informed me that they rejected my request because i was from prohibited country and they deny to pay any money from my balance account. Did i help now to understand better my situation.


P.S My English is not so good
