I had to email multiple times and they asked for information id already sent, then finally yesterday they asked for first 6 and last 4 digits of card which I gave and then about three hours later first refunds came through. chasing for rest.

Because of how blockchain transactions work, all successful transactions are final — once they’re confirmed on the blockchain, they can’t be cancelled or reversed. This is also outlined in Section [17/35] of our Terms and Conditions.

No refund, just asked for card details, usually this happens then they ghost, I will let you know if anything changes
