Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Contacted both email addresses, raised chargebacks under visa 12.7, bank emailed to say I’d won all my chargebacks 4 days later. I had proof the merchant location on my bank matched their website address, so I guess they had nothing to defend.

«Thank you for your response i got an response from them but i dont feel confident about the refund. Here’s what they told me:

« we hereby acknowledge receipt of your inquiry regarding potentially fraudulent transaction.

We have requested that the merchant conduct an investigation and take the appropriate action »
