So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I’ve emailed the casinos in question. They say I need to email their compliance team and what not which I’ve done. Doesn’t seem promising though

Yeh long process they will keep sending you generic emails about t&c ect and policies. I kept bombarding them and on then I recieved £420, £50 and £700 on 3 separate days from 'Nikotpf peak gear appa'

They refusing to budge anymore with refunds.

Yes.. I emailed velobet and elegro at the same time and they contacted each other ....I got a email from velobet saying out payment service provider has informed them I'm asking for refunds. They then stated no refunds were going to be given then few days later issued the refunds from nikotpf peak gear appa
