[email protected] I have been having issues with donbet for a few months i have thrown everything at them caracaco licence laws literally terms and conditions saying Mcc by casinos is ilegal taken fromCGB own site .belive me everything and I keep getting generic email. Its also a point worth noting that Donbet is still trading under a jaz licence that expired last year

Are you getting anywhere with albedo send? I’ve went down the digital art route with chase and I’m hitting them hard with it statiting I’ve received no emails or anything from this albedo as they don’t have any information other than it’s a telephone communications service. Have you also tried the chargeback route via bank if so which bank?

Wow this is bad this ain’t it. Donbet seem to be a nightmare am pressuring chase now to sort it: made a complaint but told them I want it kept open as im not happy with the support. Do you think albedo will respond to chase? If they don’t respond surely that’s chargeback is it not? Telling chase they basically on the merchant side and they have no interest in me or following Mastercard guidelines with provisioning a chargeback. They wanted me to close the complaint but I’m keeping it open.

Chase will only raise on goods not received do not mention gambling etc. They may respond they may not you will wait 53 days with Chase regardless, if Chase are slow in raising chargeback log a complaint. No major detail required just say financial hardship no goods received and you want a refund now.

That’s exactly what I’ve said to them. Hopefully they side with me. They said 7-10 working days but didn’t believe them. Left the complaint open

Also from my experience with Chase it has to be no response from merchant I don’t trust them to challenge anything. I have 7 days left on my disputes so will keep everyone updated

They will respond but be lucky on a refund some have some haven’t on here they did me 1 for £15 but nothing else for bigger amounts.

Then send a request for all data they hold against you to [email protected]

Then go to bank and state goods not received if Mastercard if visa up to you I managed incorrect MMC Visa credit but some others have no joy with banks

I was on live chat daily and managed to get them to raise it next day, I know this isn’t great behaviour but just keep on at them stating hardship. Remember if you wait 10 working days then 53 calendar days this is 2 and half months

The main concern regardless of merchant is some will respond on the final day others don’t respond. And as we are all compulsive gamblers we need results immediately, that’s is what I have found difficult the waiting. VISA did me an instant refund so all good there Chase are a different breed though.

Chase have done £370 out of £600 just cleared unsure why the others are not through but yesterday was day 46 yet Chase want day 53 will keep all updated

Right folks i have lodge the complaint with the CGB .It's pretty clear that they will not mediate or force this company Santeda International B.V to refund players .Basically what they said we need to go through an ADR which I am looking into finding one in Caracaco. They did say they still want complaints regarding breaches of licences .

So I laid it out clear and precise with proof also mentioned our group and members fingers x

Something may be done

You never know but I will keep looking for a ADR in Caracaco I am waiting for a few replies from a couple I have reached out to .
