It took a few weeks to be honest but I said my bank was closed (it wasn’t) then just gave them a Revolut bank and they bank transferred it me

With GoldenBet I raised them as disputes via Monzo as no service received. Explained there a fraud casino and operating illegally in the UK. The bank rejected them but the casino refunded me every time I raised it.

Seemed to be enough to make them do it. They only sent them when I raised the charge back too.

Mine is revolut so really dont know the issue here! They said it was done last tuesday and id have it latest 22/04 and then today they said that it bounced back .. nothing since

Ye raised the disputes with Monzo on basis didn’t receive services. But these were rejected. However it seemed to be enough that GoldenBet refunded me as I got a payments refunded the next working day.

You’d have to go through your bank for that and raise it properly. Ask chat GPT to write you out what to do.

Ye I have the same issue with Starling you have to go via live chat can’t even raise them on the app. Monzo rejected mine but seemed to be enough to have golden bet issue the refund.

There investigating however they have used the normal T&C and said they won’t be able to previously so not expecting much. Just happens that it’s that account which I hold most the deposits against. There are 9 different payment merchants they have used.
