A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I would message them but I don’t think they are linked, worse case they say no. Nothing to lose is there.

Sort of - the 10 in question are all digital goods/accounts so I have gone with the same message, nothing received for digital currency relating to gaming. Barclays also allow attachments so in any box that says explain I put see attached. I then use iPhone notes write out what the issue is, no goods, what it was for, that screen crashed and I didn’t think it went through. If it did go through then where are the goods/they should be emailed/in my steam account.

Obviously if you have multiple ones different businesses then it will take forever and I can see a situation a single bank challenging it, but that wouldn’t put me off, I would probably be likely to try the 12.7 incorrect MCC of that had of happened.

Within my Bar clays attachments I show emails sent, emails not responded to, emails bouncing back, screenshots of screens that are in the loading phase irrelevant if they relate to the actual processor and if they have a refund policy I send that saying even if they do send it, I haven’t t spent it so want a refund.

I have had a few emails bounce back in the past, so I am trying those merchants via the bank.

Barclays were saying that’s better for the dispute, same as I found a company called CRuSH digital games and I was certain it was

linked to CRSH deposit, they emailed back saying nothing to do with us and who knows maybe a lie - Barclays said that’s a huge help as it will mean an easier dispute so again let’s hope so

I have tried the below email address for CREATIVE DIGITAL S and they kept replying "We are movie production company based in Hongkong and we do not provide any such services as being stated by you"

I just thought, that doesnt mean shiiiit, but anyway i left them alone

I charged back via bank couldn’t find details, bank refunded then two days later Creative Digital did as well. Someone else

said they don’t challenge and refund after bank involved. I said it was vouchers for management courses as they are a management and learning company from my Barclays statement.

Well yes currently, but I have told Barclaycard about it, I want it to be that they don’t think I am some crazy fraudster (although I won’t be telling them again so if I do keep it bonus). Same with Swipez they refunded directly, I had opened chargeback before that. Barclays then did one full refund but after me calling them they changed them all to the difference so Swipez ended up refunding me too low an amount because of foreign exchange fee over 12 transactions this added up to £200 and Barclays did the difference.

Ye hide there email and the actual business registered name.

Always best to cover your tracks. I am wondering if the same thing is going to happen to me with Swipez as I contacted my bank before emailing them.

jimb, em vez disso, para a TRND, no final das contas, esse contato com o site sobre o qual você falou alguns dias atrás foi prova suficiente para fazer a reclamação no banco?
