I was the one who found choice pay months ago. I spoke to their owner on linked in personally and he arranged the refunds. Was a smooth process for me. Refunds were processing in a week

If they ask what digital goods just say NFT's

They are merchants under goods/services and you have received none.

If the bank ask for an order reference give your email and that was the order reference.
