They can't adhere to international standards if they're not licensed by the UK, not being licensed by the UKGC and operating to UK customers is the definition of not abiding by international standards

You cannot offer services to UK customers without being licensed by the UKGC and then claim to operate by international standards, by doing so you're actively ignoring the UKs laws and regulations in regards to gambling, which is the definition of not abiding by international standards. Just because you say something doesn't make it true. In regards to the payment system, passing details to a third party is another legal infraction by yourselves as it violates European GDPR laws, as well as curacao licensing laws, you're not even operating within the standards of the country of your licensing body, let alone anywhere else.

Apparently they are a really honest casino following all regulations🤣 These articles are obviously an extremely fake marketing ploy trying to falsely show Goldenbet as a seperate entity to the other Santeda platforms and mislead victims even further:

All the paperwork in curacao ties them together, they can say what they want but doesn't make it true, When this gains more traction and starts getting properly investigated, all these casinos, their owners and the curacao officials are done for. Visa have started to clue up, sky reporters have posted in here and there's more and more articles popping up, it's a matter of time.

Can you explain why I was able to open a account with goldenbet and deposit a large amount of money. KYC approved indicating you knew exactly my details. Even though I was self excluded from Mystake a long time ago?? Both mystake and goldebet live chat denied connections but you confirm this is incorrect ??

Can you explain why you take financial deposits from the UK despite not being licensed there? Also why you ignore european data protection laws and give details to third parties without consent? If a customer is in a different region, you are legally obligated to act according to that regions laws too, as a casino it is your responsibility to do as such, failure to do so is illegal.

you chose to deposit, 99 out of hundred of the sites you guys are disputing would have paid out had you won.

you blame them when you lose and are now trying to lie to banks and commit fraud to get your money back.

if you had won you wouldn’t even be complaining.

if you are addicted to gambling, you need to setup Gamban, go to GA meetings and get off casino guru which is funded by the casinos

most of you will dispute it all and then redeposit it anyway.

This is a thread about a specific topic - don’t think it’s fair to say people don’t take responsibility for their actions. You’ve got no idea what responsibility people have taken.


I think pursuing refunds from a company operating illegally, ignoring gamstop, and using false MCC codes to bypass gambling blocks can be a legitimate part of the process once responsibility has been taken

Now Santeda are reverting to actual threats - interesting! And as ‘legal’ you’re threatening to use people’s documents, perhaps sell them. Think your legal team need a shuffle and read up on the law a bit.


This wouldn’t be an issue if you did not break the law all the time. Stop doing that, process payments legitimately, operate in jurisdictions you are regulated and this wouldn’t be an issue.


the reason you won’t is because you make more money from the gambling addicts than you lose through chargebacks. Funny how a few of these supposed UK residents are all new accounts with one post, almost like one person is sitting there writing it all.


and they talk about ‘you guys’ as in you’re not one of them. Is this perhaps because you’re Santeda? Or just some random person who stumbled across the forum and decided to sign up and write these comments. I know which one is more likely.

Keep chargebacks up guys, they must be starting to get twitchy with the amount of chargebacks increasing each day.


sooner or later they will stop taking card payments as they are gonna get caught and be buried by the authorities
