thank you again for sharing your case and submitting the complaint. Unfortunately, since the casino has not responded and given its awful reputation, unclear licensing, and missing terms, we cannot expect any real resolution.

It’s important to be honest here: casinos like Palmslots don’t provide reliable protection, and that’s exactly why they attract players who cannot access locally licensed options anymore. The downside is that once problems appear, there is no regulator or system that can help.

I got message back from merchant:

"We have thoroughly checked our records with the card number, and found 5 transactions under our platform. But those transactions cannot be refunded as the bank has blocked our account ."

What should I do?

Hi, I’ve experienced a lot of frustration with 2 companies in particular. Velobet and GoldenBet. They are showing up on my bank account as DSOLPAY. I have deposited over £2300 with them. I had a balance of £1300 which I tried to withdraw but they closed my account due to my verification failure (linked to another account. I didn’t realise I had opened an account with them previously) and offered to return 80% of my last deposit which was £40. Is there any way I can dispute this? I’ve read a few people say something about swipez if it’s DSOLPAY? How would I initiate this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have some transactions with Chase which is Mastercard and some with Nationwide which is visa. They are all DSOLPAY. Any help would be so greatly appreciated. It’s 5am here. I’ve not been able to sleep due to worry. It’s making me sick to my stomach.

Hi there I told the bank from the start it was gambling sites and they have used incorrect merchant codes they have done tonnes of them for me mastercard debit card

So I lost chargebacks with a company from ages ago, turns out the submitted ‘evidence’ I’ve just managed to get hold of the evidence they submitted. Looks like they had set up an account pretending to be me, claiming it’s my email address, all the transactions they supplied even have the wrong ip address 😂 obviously not I have contested it and provided evidence to prove they have been falsified!
