Hello, i also have won a huge amount of money, i could withdraw small amounts, but when i tried to withdraw more, they asked me to send documents, it has only been 3 days now, and after rading these reviews i kinda gave up hoping that they will send me the money. But there is one thing i hope you can help me with: Can you double check their license? Because i checked on Curacao egaming websites, and it was not found. I thinking that they dont operate a legal license, and they are lying about having a license from Curacao.

Or is there any other way to find out what license they have? i mean with evidence.

One more thing, do you think opening a legal case against them is an option? I men if there is a chance i would take it because i won too much money, and its worth trying.

This complaint form is through Antillephone? Do they have a phone number i can call to double check that they license is valid to their website? I am really worried... I have seen so many complains....


And what do they do about the complaint? Are they going to investigate? Can you please explain in details? Because you only showed me a link to Antillephone, that is not a proof....

Surprisingly, it seems that the icon has just disappeared - I can't find it anymore.

But thats not proof that this company is licensed. I dont know what can you do if i start a complaint here.. have anyone else been withdrawing money from them? Or everyone thinks its a complete scam....? 😞

But seriously if this site is scam, how come so many users are online? Check the attached photo, it says 16k people online atm, also i have checked the number in different times too, and the number is changing. I am really lost...

It definitely doesn't mean the number is real even though it's changing. Do you know the casinos the many page says: User XY just won 53,000 on Starburst, User ZY just won 3,400 on Mega Fortune etc.? It's changing as well, but many of those are just plugins that have nothing to do with reality.

Also, when it says "users online", what does that even mean? For example our forum users are considered to be online on our website if they did any action during last 30 minutes, but if we change it to 24 hours, then you'll see much more users online 🙂

I believe it's just a mirror used to let pass players from certain countries. Check the logo, and the visage - it's the same.

Allow me to say that the probability of successfully solving the complaint is lower in casinos with a lower reputation. I 1win got 0,1 out of 10 points so. Some cases have been solved, some were not. I do not dare to promise you success, but it's still a chance.

I wonder how they shamelessly block people's accounts and quote the p.9.7 clause,after playing table games,I only played a poker game and nothing more.

When you double your money they won't pay you!

They refused me withdrawals, and they didn't specify the actual reason for blocking my account, I wonder if the so call experts are litrates.

All they say is that you have violated a rule e.t.c. no specifications.

They assumed every player a fraudulent.

You can image, what intelligent and legit company will send this to every user! Quoting e.t.c in a rule😆 I'm sorry it is quite funny, I just have to laugh!

On my first withdrawals, it was my first time,I had never had anything to do with 1win except for this only time, but the withdrawals was denied,and after I submitted my documents for KYC all I could get was that I violated the p.9.7...I was really surprised!

The truth is that the $130 will go a long way,and if they can't give me my profit, they should refund my $90.

I can't admit what I did not do!

Sometimes I wonder how they got licensed, let's hope casino guru helps us get our funds out.

This is not my first time depositing nor withdrawing from the platform, I have deposited more than 25 times and have withdrawn about 16-18times.

But this time been the first time I'm doubling my funds, they blocked my account too.

The surprising aspect is that,I won the money in a competition played with people on poker tables,the money was not actually sourced from 1win,it was sourced from other participants.

I wonder how this becomes a violation.🤔

Even the customer support confirms that there is no violation in playing poker games!

Hello Hafsat,

Oh, this is the "usual" general violation... I'm quite sure that if you go through submitted complaints, you'd find this rule being breached very frequently.

We still try to "educate" casinos that aside from this term, players should get a proper and plain explanation. Not speaking about concrete pieces of evidence - should be presented too. Just the easiest way to let players know what was wrong and how to avoid it if that's the case.

Sadly, it seems that the casino just uses this rule very freely and without proper supporting evidence.

If real money was not involved I would agree that this is quite a funny thing, yes.

I truly do not comprehend what has made the casino act this way toward a regular and loyal player?!

Abdulrahaman, I pray and hope they give us our money.

Been your first account, I wonder what allegation they'll have against you🤔, I pray we all get to a better conclusion, and I pray when the case comes to an end without having something against us,I pray they unblock our accounts and give us our winnings, with this it might increase thier reputation and we might aswell edit our reviews!

I'm saying this because on the unresolved issue's section, I can see that despite not having enough evidences against prayers,they prefer to stop responding and not getting players paid.

Well Hafsat, at the moment I'm truly tensed.

Yesterday after the time elapses, the casino responded that they're waiting for my complaint manager to respond towards the complaint for further discussion, I got curious and was wondering what they had against me!

It is quite unusual for 1win casino to respond this way towards complaints!

Though, having a clear conscience makes me not to panic much.

complaints here, most people don't know about your forum,I'm sure you would have gotten 100s of complaints, though most players betted on sports and aviator,when I mentioned this forum(casino.guru)in the 1win Telegram group, I got banned and was reported.


So far since I started following complaints about 1win here on casino.guru,most complaints were rejected due to players stopped responding, despite some complaints were unresolved due to insufficient evidence from the casino, yet they don't mind the black points they get!

I think when the casino blocks accounts, they don't unblock the account even if they don't have adequate reason for the closure!

Hello,

I was referring to complaints submitted through Casino Guru Resolution Center, I can imagine we would receive much more though, we do what we can to get in touch with players around the world. Despite how hard we try, such casinos are still ahead of us.

I'm, not surprised that you got banned, however, I thank you for your attempt.

I also think that the casino does not care much about fairness and even about its reputation. To me, it also seems that sports betting players are quite satisfied with this site, sadly. 🤔
