Hello everyone..I seriously need help and suggestions from anyone who has undergone the lengthy process of account verification with the 1Xbet security team. My account has been locked with about 2000 USDT since 2020.. I have sent series of documents to their postal address in Ukraine and all documents were received, At the moment I have requested to upload a valid ID on their website, after uploading the ID, they kept responding with a quoted text that says my account is under verification,I should follow the instructions on the website. Its been four years of this back and forth. I need help from anyone who has successfully passed through this stage . Thanks

their T&C says they can suspend accounts without providing any reasons.

this means along their T&C they can suspend accounts WITHOUT ANY REASONS.

wed better make a claim against Curacao eGaming for permitting such a T&C.

Hello,

I'm not convinced anyone has suggested you are to blame for the incomplete verification procedure. Especially if we have no idea how the selfies you tried to get approved look.

The point is, that no one can pass this verification on your behalf, so the better you try to cooperate witht he casino, the higher the chance to pass the KYC eventually.

Thus, I would say that the idea you mentioned in the complaint

"but the last email was a photo about me holding ID and phone next to my face taken with another device.

and they dont say this is the last thing i should do. so i stopped doing what they tell me to do and came here." won't resolve the problem.

Frankly, I don't know what complicates your verification, but I know from many experiences that stopping cooperating is a mistake.

One way or another, I would do my best to pass the verification, because a complaint is a time-consuming consumming process. You may be quicker on your own, if you try, who knows. 🤷‍♀️

Naturally, I am hoping the problem can be fixed to your satisfaction.

You know, I have no doubt that you're convinced they try to evade successful verification. But are you 100% sure you met all the requirements? I mean, what a player sees as a top-notch selfie or best-quality photo may not be recognized the same way from the casino perspective.

We see that almost daily during KYC complaints.

I also browsed the emails you provided, and at least to me, it seems that the instructions are quite complex. Not easy to follow. But in any case, it's really better to try to fullfill all specifics.

How about asking someone you trust to help you with the PC photo?
