Be careful here! They had 3 welcome bonuses, one for Casino, one for Live Casino and one for sports. I chose the Casino and made a deposit and all was good. I then went to live chat to ask about the second one for live casino and they confirmed I could use it on slots (I have the screen shot) so I made a second deposit and the bonus did not credit.

I went to chat and they said you can only choose one despite the drop down in the deposit page allowing me to choose one.

Live chat were all over the place and did not really understand it.

They also refused my Gas and Electric bill as proof of address.

I don't like casinos that mess you about on your decision to play with them so be warned, it sounds like it could be a bit of a nightmare here!

Hello, I just want to point out that being self-excluded in a sister casino does not mean complete self-exclusion within the whole group unless it is stated in the rules or unless the support confirms that. Sadly, this is a usual expectation but the reality is more complicated.

If you feel the casino did something wrong, you may always complain about that for free.

Based on those screenshots, though, the chat (perhaps abot or AI given the similarities) does explicitly say that the account in question would automatically be reopened; it only says that a request is needed and the request will be addressed. This is what I see, for example.
