hi ive tried doing first withdrawl. they cancelled it and started verification process, sent copy of driving licence,proof of address,copy of bank card copy of statement showing deposit transaction , verified telephone number, and finally email address, Then told me to contact customer support tomorrow?

When it came to withdrawal, I tried to add another card due to losing my other, bank supplied me new card for same account, wouldn't let me add card, had to contact support, advised me to do bank transfer instead, which I did, it came off my casino balance but then cancelled, Then said I had to verify account, I've sent everything required even statement showing deposits made, drivers license, bank card, proof of address, proof of tele no. and email address, they keep moving goal posts, its like stalling tactics, they keep sending me messages asking me to make more deposits and to use my bonus though

Just noticed that my bank account has had 2 deposits made from Amonbet86 for approx £25 each, which I believe is the return of the deposits I made on the 11th Jan?

How did they manage that when they said that I could not withdraw my winnings due to card no. Change, They must have got my new card number off the photo I sent them, which they said wasn't enough proof to make the withdrawal

I've just checked my bank account balance and you have made 2 deposits of approx £25? Why have you made these deposits, You must have got bank card number off the bank card image I sent you to verify my identity, due to the fact that as I stated my bank card number had changed, so my old card number was no longer valid,

  If you can make a deposit to my bank using new card details then why is it not possible for me to make a withdrawal

It's started to get me worried about the amount of identification they are asking for, it seems it is never enough, driving licence, bank card, utility bill, my problem is that I lost my bank card which I used to make deposits to casino account, bank replaced it, so card number change, I have proved this. Now my bank fraud dept have contacted me asking why I am asking for statements etc. Showing my previous card number, which was lost, I explained the situation to them with regards casino, And what they are asking me to send to them, They immediately said do not send nothing more to them! The situation is getting really worrying now, especially to the amount of personal information they are asking for, they know every about me, right from my photo ID, utility bills, bank card, numerous statements which show where I work and every one I've received and paid, Dob, My bank fraud dept have contacted me today wondering why I'm asking for statements etc. showing bank card numbers and transfers, Bank statements do not show card numbers only account numbers, sort code, name and address, I explained why I'm asking for information and told them it's for casino, They ran some checks on transactions made between us, I told them about all the ID and personal information, I have sent for verification, they have told me not to send nothing more, As the amount sent is way more than necessary to start cloning my identity,
