Since I have started all these problems with amonbet86 casino, I have been doing a bit of homework, checking reviews etc. All their 5* reviews are highly suspicious by the way they describe their experience eg, all short one line, great casino, fast pay out,.. Very few 4,3 or even 2* reviews. Then the truth 1* reviews and their are many all saying the same thing, nigh on impossible to make a withdrawal, verification is a nightmare, STAY CLEAR...

But as you said, this has not been a typical situation for quite some time and I get it; it feels like some bot is playing with automated emails...

Hi, I just came back to the forum after over a week and was surprised to see this issue still in the same "stage."

What seemed like progress yesterday became a sore joke today. 🙁

If I got everything right, finding out that the balance needs to be "corrected" after more than a month of struggles, without even knowing whether the account has been fully verified or what could cause another withdrawal rejection, is simply stupid. No joking about that.

Frankly, it's something a casino with a poor Safety Index is obviously capable of.

In total there's been over 50 emails, on my account verification section, all they have ticked is phone and email, they have the rest as you can see by the email they sent, Also it was 3 days from when they said I could withdraw money until they cancelled it, telling me to contact customer support, who are the ones saying I can withdraw?

They messaged me again told me it was an internal software error that it was cancelled and resubmit withdrawal, which I did and they cancelled it again,

Then they told me to do it again via bank transfer, they say its been approved, so let's see

Done withdrawal via Iban transfer, now says completed, nothing in my bank yet, I'm not sure how long for it to show in my bank account, any ideas?

Also like I said in an earlier post they took £1900 from my real money balance, there was no money in bonus money balance, when I queried it, they said I had used AMON bonus on my first dep which I don't remember doing, Deposit was £25, what does that mean I have to do because 1900 seems excessive to me, thanks

Hi all since joining this casino ive had various issues with withdrawals but this one takes the mick. Having recently changed banks to FD and submitting all appropriate verification within the last 3 months, I had a withdrawal rejected with no reason ir communication given by the site. Just said declined even though only a few days before id withdrawn successfully.


On speaking to live chat I was told to upload a ( physical bank statement ) and mines suddenly been rejected because fd is a digital bank! Now FD is a subsidiary of HSBC which is a physical bank but amonbets financial department are incompetent enough not to know this. ( shows what small attention to detail is made when rejecting withdrawals. Has anyone else had these kind of issues? I've never heard such a pathetic excuse in my life to just bounce the funds back into my account hoping I will spend it. I can honestly say ive never come across such a corrupt site in my life and I've pretty much played on them all in my lifetime.

Well, without having access to your bonus history, I fear we can't conclude whether voiding the balance was a fair call. On the other hand, this casino is no longer considered fair and has stopped responding to players' issues submitted through our complaint system. In my opinion, it pretty much demonstrates that they don't care anymore.

Back to the withdrawal, I would assume once carried out, a withdrawal cannot be cancelled. "Completed" in my books means the money was sent. Yet again, this casino is not trustworthy, so we can only wait.

Yes i did finally get it after 3 days and several emails. Fact is they ended up accepting the withdrawal on the verification they already had even after declining the withdrawal 3 times prior to this. It just seems like they want to make things difficult when withdrawing and will come up with the most pathetic reasons to bounce the money back hoping the player will spend it and lose. I dont do that! I've decided now this is the final straw and wont be using them again. Id like to close the account altogether but they will never do this!
