Well, I'm sorry to see this one is giving you a difficult time. Does this mean that the scans you mentioned have not been accepted, even though they don't support original digital copies?

I have given them everthing I can provide. I just havent printed anything off to be scanned and sent. Even if I did all that, they will probably ask for it to be faxed over. I have given up on that site anyway and I am still waiting for them to close my account.

From my experiences of playing at casinos, that was a bad one. When I did play there, they didn't have the clickable crest at the bottom to confirm the licence. So since that was added things might be fine. I remember them providing an incorrect email address on their wesite, but it go updated eventually.

That is a really tiresome experience, so I respect your patience. I was going to make a complaint suggestion, but sometimes it is best to forget. Feel free to complain if you decide to change your mind while you still have active balance there!

Occasionally, when self-exclusion gets involved, the account first needs to be fully verified, yet I see no point in leaving the account open just because their KYC is madness...

You are right; players have always occasionally reported being spammed with promotions despite closed accounts, which has, in my opinion, always been a problem; however, operators just try to lure them back. However, when compared to the situation faced by a struggling player, I often feel that the operators' concern is insufficient.

So far, I think no one has come up with a working solution that the player can apply without the casino's involvement. Email addresses, contacts, or numbers often change, so one can only block such messages upon receiving them... It sucks.
