However, we would appreciate if you could stick to the facts and not spread lies like this.We have paid out your winnings of USD 3.503,80 and also replied to all of your messages. Our customer support agents exchanged more than 300 messages with you within the timespan of 14 days. Many of your messages to our support agents were extremely insulting. Our support team asked you several times to kindly keep the communication on a professional level without any insults. Nonetheless, our support agents replied to all of your messages. Just as a reminder, this was one of your last messages to our support agent: "burn you pederast in hell, bitches about you thieves will know everything, I will try to believe it, bastards". Your bet1000 Sportsbook access has been terminated according to the T&C's as you have violated the T&C's on multiple occasions. Nevertheless, we have paid out your winnings as mentioned above without any issues or delays. On a final note, it seems very odd that you are facing the exact same issues with various different casinos according to your reviews and complaints, stating that "your money was stolen" and "your messages were not replied". I have now, unsuccessfully, over the past few days been trying to correspond with the casino. The chat does not work. In the beginning it was "Hello how may I help" and then nothing further. now When I start a chat there is only a message saying "your message has been sent" pops up and that’s it.

Not verry reassuring in case there are more pressing issues.

My issue is twofold. When trying to deposit bitcoin the site is asking for a Withdraw address? It is not directing you to the deposit page where there is a QR code to scan to make a deposit. This is totally different

from other crypto payments and casinos and I’m curious as to why?

I have tried to put in my address but an error pops up "error to initiate payment" If there is an issue on my side I would like to know as I am quite keen to try out the casino.

For some reason I am unable to deposit using crypto. I have entered the address successfully but get an "error occurred when initializing" message.

Bet1000 have been in contact with me and we had emails going back and forth, screen shots, screen recordings and so forth. Unfortunately the issue have not been resolved yet but at least they are trying so you gotta give them that.

I'll post here if it gets resolved but some how I'm not feeling to confidant. Might request them to delete my account and start anew.

It would be interesting to know if anyone else had the same issue. If isolated the problem most probably lies on my side.

As mentioned, they request you input the sending address and then I presume you will be directed to a new page for the deposit address and to input the amount, not sure about that. Other casinos, once you've chosen crypto, directs you to the deposit page where you can scan the QR code to deposit, done. The current method is not working for me unfortunately, but obviously for others.


Lets see hou things unfold.

I think I would try to give it some more time and be patient. It's obvious that the casino is trying to solve your problem, but it looks like it's not so easy. Do you think you can handle it and wait a little longer ?

I'm happy to report that the casino have been able to sort out the issue and everything is working 100%.

There's never been any misunderstanding as from my side. There were a technical issue they were able to resolve. I'm gonna play at the casino and will give feedback. There's no negative vibes at the moment.

I see, maybe I just misspoke, but I meant the same as you. The point was that it doesn't deter you from playing in the casino, which you answered, and that was important for me to see your feedback.

I am a player at bet1000 casino,which is operated by S.G. international N.V.I deposited at bet1000 and managed to withdraw 740 euro...i have asked verification and send all the documents they needed since 14/9/2023...Since that day,the casino cancells my withdraw and they want additional documents.i have send them my id.ids in greece have no expiration date and it was published in 2010...thats the id i have all my bank accounts connected and tax services as well.it is 100% legal id...casino refuse to accept it.So,i have to change the system that police publishes ids in greece,just because bet 1000 is no reasonable at all.Moreover,they asked my to sent my passport and driving licence.my passport was expired so i send them driving licence.They dont accept it cause its old.With bet1000 logic,they cancel my withdraws only because its withdraw and i have to prove them that i am not an elephant.i have to change the publishing id or driving licence system in greece,and have all my documents fresh and new.It is a casino totally against player and i have seen the same complaints at many sites that review casinos.i am desperate with them.we are supposed to play at licenced casinos,but their behaviour is beyond imagination and treat players with the worst way.ids in greece have no expiration dates.how they can understand that and understand that you can not ask a playe publish-issue a very serious goverment documents just because they wanna delay or cancel a payment?By far,the worst casino experience i had.....
