Esmeradil2 i am also busy to withdraw my money but everytime canceled again need documents i send all the documents and today canceled again they need my phone bill and other ID . I have 10.000 on my account..

11 november.i witdrw.after that i upload all the documents without asking. 72 hours later canceled reason other payment methode must i use. Done 72 hours again canceled again other methode must use. Oke done. 72 hours again canceled they must second ID and phonenummer Bill. Today is 23 november.

Hello, OK, thank you. Sometimes it is very lenghty process. We generally give the casinos 14 full days to verify the account and make the payment. If I were you, I would wait some days more and then I suggest to submit complaint as Esmeradil2 did. There you can describe the situation with all details. Some of our complaint team representatives will take care of you. Complaint is simply the best way to approach it, as it gives room for comparing evidence and possible debate with the casino.

Phone bill or any other utility bill is asked to prove your address and ID + another identity document (passport, driving license) serves as another identification, I truly think this is a standard procedure. Is there any particular document you can't provide at the moment?

Even if the casino would been the worst one in the world, passing the verification is the first step 🙁.
