I checked your complaint and I personally have the feeling that the verification is not over yet. To me, it seems that the casino is "only" checking the latest document now - the one they asked you for when the withdrawal had been rejected again. I'd say that until this is done, the withdrawal will not be released.

I'm eager to see what will happen next though. 🤞

Ok, are you sure that the casino is not waiting for another document? When your withdrawal is rejected do you get an explanation as Esmeradil2 does? I'm trying to find some clues...

2 day ago i must upload second ID and phonebill. I upload my ID on 11 november with selfie and 6month bankstatment 6 month work statement.

Withdraw rejected after 72 hours i must use other payment methode i have done 72 hour later again rejected must again use other payment methode. And yesterday i got email that financiële department was to busy and it take longer to check documents. Pffffff

My withdrawal has been rejected 3 times. Then always the same question, that I have to upload a selfie with my id. I've already done that 2 times.

So this is the explanation, the withdrawal must first be checked, and accepted by the financial debt afterward. Only after then, the money is released. I log today in for check my status and what i see my withdraw again canceled without reason. I got no email nothing. Pffffffff

I think requesting withdrawals again and again won't help here. Try to contact the casino regularly and ask for the reason. Just tell them you want to provide them everything they require, but you need to know what they're missing or what the problem is.

At the end of the day, they're licensed in Malta, which gives you a good chance to get help from the licensing authority, but try to solve it for now without contacting the authority.

I find it quite strange that you are not receiving any information about the canceled withdrawals as Esmeradil2 did. Are you sure that nothing hit your spam or bin folder?
