This is probably one of the worst situations when you are ignored and no one tells you anything or gives you a reason. I would say that's not the way a casino should behave. But since you've seen other players have the same situation, I'm curious to see what will eventually be resolved.

Citobet somehow blocked my account today and I'm unable to login, they are not even replying emails, I don't know why this happened after I placed a withdrawal, the total balance of the account is not even up to 100 $, so that means this bookmaker is fraudulent?

Hello, I would recommend you write them an email to at least try to find out what might be going on. We don't really know anything this way. 

Didn't the casino ask you for any documents? Did you bet on sports or play any slots here?

My account is already verified , I said I've been sending emails, they finally replied the fourth and said account under investigation, still waiting for the result. I really don't understand the investigation but we'll see

So we have a reason why this situation is happening. Did you play with any bonus? Maybe something triggers the system and that's why everything is under investigation. 

Anyway, you'll have to be patient for now and we'll see where the whole thing goes.

I see that Peter is trying to get in touch with the casino, I hope he succeeds.

The sad thing is that you don't have anything new yet and so we don't have much to rely on.

But as long as the complaint is not closed there is still a chance and I would probably hold on to it. Positive thinking is probably the only thing we have left now.

I receive a bonus promo. I deposit (Not low amount = more than R$ 100); I playthrough all the wager requirements. And I get my account canceled for that!

I saw what you wrote in the complaint and I'm quite curious how it will turn out. According to what you mentioned you didn't deposited for the first time and the bonus came as a promo. 

It is common in casinos that if a player takes many bonuses in a row and doesn't make deposits between them, and most of the time it is some free spins or something like that, that the casino will eventually ban the bonuses. Deposits between bonuses are needed somewhere and without that, the other bonuses could not be taken. That's why I'm quite surprised that the casino came up with such an explanation, but we'll see what our team has to say. 

It's not all over yet, so I wouldn't give up.
