Very big SCAM! I waited for withdrawal 2 weeks. Chat was unable to provide me with any specific information about the status of my withdrawal.

Later they told me my withdrawal was cancelled because maximum daily withdrawal is 1000EUR. Finally they told me my withdraw was voided because I violated terms and conditions by playing a game that is not allowed, but games I played are allowed for me, because I am from Poland!

Hi, I'm sorry you got yourself into this situation. I think it's quite strange that there was always some other reason why you shouldn't get your money. 

However, I think in this case there is nothing to wait for and I recommend you to file a complaint here because you have waited enough and from your screenshots I don't see that you should play on a game that would be banned. Your screenshots that you have taken will definitely be useful.
