Hi, I'm not quite sure what you mean, do you still have some money in the casino and would you like to withdraw it? Or are you asking if anyone has managed to win and withdraw when you have lost quite a lot here? 

The complaints I've seen have been from players who got paid and apparently won, but the last such signs are in the summer. Since then I haven't seen anything similar but that's because the players in the complaints didn't reply most of the time.

Feel free to tell me if you still have some money here or not.

I am got few times some big wins, but only when I played in minimal bet per spin. But withdrawing money from that casino is become a nightmare. They pay me ( less than 150 btw) after 2 months. And only after my complain on casinoGuru.

I don't really know where your wins are. We're not a casino so the best thing to do would be to ask them directly if you didn't get what you were owed. So did you play with any bonus? Were you able to complete everything you needed to?

This casino and it's 3 other affiliates are ridiculous, I have had problems after problems. The latest with Galactic Wins is that I have free spins awarded to me and I can't get them to play, so I go on live chat and wait an hour with no response , so I email support , and they tell me to go to live chat for help, so I go back to live chat the next day and wait with no response, so I email support, they tell me to go to live chat. This goes on until today with about 12 emails back and forth with the same response and no help.

I am closing my account with these casinos. I have a complaint out on affiliate bcasino with a withdrawal request and no one is communicating at all.

I hope they all get off the internet soon!!!

I could not overlook your complaints about casinos with a quite lower Safety Index. May I know how you picked up these sites? Hopefully our post will help others do some research before they start depositing in casinos, though I imagine it is not that simple these days.
