Hello, I see your gameplay has been checked. You haven't heard from them yet whether it's over or not? It's quite common in casinos for this to happen, so you'll have to wait until the casino gets a response from the game provider. 

As for the documents, can you see in your profile whether they were approved or rejected? Alternatively, did the casino let you know anything about them? What other documents did they ask you for?

Okay, so how long should the investigation from the provider take? How does another 10 days mean 20 days in total? Or am I just misunderstanding? If nothing changes then I would probably go ahead and file a complaint because from the screenshot it looks like KYC will still be needed, but I'm not sure how the casino will proceed.🤔

So Nov 6th they told me 2 weeks. Than when I made the withdrawal and they told me I can make the withdrawal because I am verfied on the 15th they cancelled and said another 2 weeks. So that's like 3 weeks plus

I understand, I would probably think about filing a complaint in this case because if it keeps getting longer for no reason then I don't know what to think about it. If you managed to wait the whole time and still couldn't withdraw your money or the casino told you it needed more time then I would be really angry.

The decision is probably up to you at the moment since you are receiving inadequate information on what to do, and whether to wait or file a complaint. 🤔

Well, I saw that you succeeded. As for attachments, I'm not sure, but if you don't get more than 4 in one post, then you can either email whoever is handling your complaint or put it in another post. I see that you have addressed it that way. 

When they wrote on your screenshot about verification, did you complete it or still not?🤔

I completed long time ago. A few days ago I uploaded many attachments on different replies to the same post. Yes the casino immersion is KYC me since Nov 6t and support tells me no documents needed to send more just wait
