In my opinion, employing these shell corporations is one strategy to reach directly restricted markets by permitting a payment diversion, among other things. It is difficult to predict when third-party payment providers, for instance, will become involved. Although I have no right to judge how transparent such behavior is, I believe that we all feel that the casino's complete lack of explanations does not help the situation and allows for speculation.

There are diverse markets and then there are restricted markets - the UK and others come under restricted for a reason. The laws of the country deem what the casino are doing illegal, the rules of Mastercard/Visa deem what the casino are doing illegal. I even suggested to them in one of my messages that they should revert to accepting crypto only from the UK and other places, a suggestion they have ignored. They can cry when they are literally forced to stop doing it though when they are blacklisted - I have it on good authority that this is currently being brought on them and their merchants by Mastercard.

This website instantcasino.com, it's a complete scam, i been playing on their website for past month, deposited over 5000 euro, and last time i won a bit, and i decided to withdraw 800 euro, they closed my account for verification, took them 10 days to verify my account asking for new selfie every day, then after that they open my account and voided my withdrawl of 800 euro, stay far guys, it's a big scam!

Unfortunately, as I can see in your complaint, the reason for doing so is that you violated the terms and used your brother's card to deposit. Is that so?

It is actually prohibited in most online casinos, so I hope our team will be able to help you out somehow, even though, to tell you the truth, I am really not sure if the casino will make any exception.

Literally zero response from this casino since the 27th of September. In fact they have never responded to me nor Mastercard in over 2 months. The dodgy merchants they use including Quickbit who are being investigated by local authorities in Sweden are all about to be blacklisted by Mastercard.


I find it incredible that Casino Guru still have these ratings for this place. A relax gaming bonus buy which is legitimate costs 100X - on this site they charge 105X which is an impossibility for a legitimate copy of these games. This site are pirate software fraudsters. They can easily come on and challenge me on this.

They asked me to verify my brothers information also and i did, send selfies and all, there should been a warning, it's not a reason on very first withdrawl ever to go directly harsh and delete my money, while i deposited regulary thousands on their website, how they think people will play on their website if they do this, when there is thousands of online casino websites

I imagine you are convinced the casino is going to lose a loyal customer. The problem is the casino must take the basic rules seriously. Expecting goodwill gestures makes sense, especially if you have been depositing regularly. However, in such a case, I would not blame the casino for my own mistake if I wish to be forgiving.

I regret that you had to discover this rule the hard way.

Blocked response to this thread yesterday. Seemingly it is acceptable for a site to never respond in 70 days by email, but every time on Live Chat they give the same answer "Your issue is being investigated by the team and they will update you soon by email". This response, or similar, has been the case since day 1. Why are this site even allowed a licence anywhere? Complete scam with Relax games as well as I have alluded to previously.

And when it comes to being under some license, it is quite simple, I believe. The casino pays for the license, and the authority is supposed to control the casino. That's it. They should check whether the games are okay and act if they're not.

Unfortunately, we are not able to do anything about this, as only the licensing authority is responsible for it.

They are obviously too scared to come on here and defend their position. They are cowards and I know exactly what they are trying to do, it is very obvious they are not responding in the hope that chargebacks are not initiated and it passes the chargeback deadlines. This could be a criminal enterprise operating here with their use of fake Nigerian companies(not even legitimately listed in Nigeria!) to take payments.

Just an update:

They closed my account again, without any explanation any information, and never game back my money, just banned me again, without any reason without any actions after they unbanned me first time and said that they will void my money.
