I've had the same issues. They keep canceling my withdraw every 48 hours.

Support is useless.

Chat is probably using a bot while support@iwild sends me generic emails with empty promises.

KYC is awful. The worse I've ever seen.

My feeling is this is a very small operation and they don't have the resources to pay/support their players according to their TOS.

I agree 100% with your statement. It's irresponsible to promote this crap.

Hello, the casino should probably take a more proactive approach to this situation. How long does it take to get your money out? 

Apart from the fact that you have to resubmit, they didn't tell you anything else? You might have asked if a change in payment method would help?

... and no I didn't get my money today. The withdrawal was canceled yet again.

I did try to withdraw with Bitcoin. That was canceled too.

It looks like every time a withdraw is canceled and re-submitted, it goes at the back of the queue... when it should be processed with priority.

Right now.. as it is.. they simply cannot process Interac payments for Canadian players.

I see, and how long have you been in this situation, is it since 22.11 as I can see on the screenshot? We give casinos 14 days to pay the player and if they don't, you can open a complaint with us and we will try to help you and contact the casino. 

So confirm to me that it is from now on because if they keep canceling and nothing is working for you, that is not sufficient, I reckon. The fact that they have a lot of withdrawals and you're in some sort of order is fine, it can be. But if you have to keep resubmitting the withdrawal and they cancel it anyway, I don't see the point.

So let me know, please.

Once again, I played this casino, I followed casino gurus advice, and thought maybe they were spoken to by you guys, because they still have an extremely high ranking and safety score by casino guru.

If you look closely at all complaints for this casino, you will find out that there are not any complaints that were unresolved, and therefore the casino didn't get any black points for it.

Most of them were actually solved, so I believe it is a good sign that this casino is willing to offer help whenever there is some issue.

You are right, they do eventually pay. But it takes about a month and only if you open a complaint with you guys. They will never just pay out winnings promptly like others do.
