Hey Thank you both for you quick respons I will submit a complaint. I was really pusseled that Ask Gambler did not submit my comlplaint? there are so many sajts that has an add and recommends player to play at Jupi casino . I still haven't heard back from Jupi and they refuse to give me an timeframe on when my account is verified with ID nr 2 besides my driver license.

I have no problems with any establishment carrying out checks etc. I understand the need to be sure. But the point here is they take your deposits and they don't mind who you are, I mean you could be a minor or been previously self excluded. My point is the issues they start to have is when you win and want to withdraw. That's when all the unnecessary stuff goes on. I know companies who let you upload stuff , and it's verified there and then and I also know companies who withdraw instantly within 10 mins of being verified.


But yes your 💯 percent right they are the bottom rung of the ladder and how they have any customers is beyond me. I would imagine its only a matter of time b4 they go out of business. But I do see what your saying. Cheers have a good day
