This is the excact same things they keep sending me . today also my 3 days wait as they promised have passed. My guess is casino does not have enough funds or are just playing with us this is very unfair if Sunday nothing has changed I wil also make a complaint

We don't really have much experience when it comes to communication with this casino to be honest. We didn't have to contact them about any complaint so far.

I'd really suggest to consider submitting the complaint as Radka mentioned above. Then we'll see what we can do about it.

I think it's a bit less than what other players who write here tried to withdraw, so maybe if you had won more it's possible that your withdrawal wouldn't have been processed right away.
