The anti-money laundering rule works differently in every casino. In some casinos, it's 1x, sometimes it's 3x, 5x... Basically, if you had money gained through criminal activities, you could just deposit them into the casino and withdraw straight away. Then you could claim the money is winnings from a casino. The wagering requirement doesn't make it impossible, but it makes it more annoying for anyone who'd like to do this.

Hi Daniel, Thanks for your reply. So I hadn't played at all until yesterday, when I had time to sit and keep track of my wagers myself. I kept track of them until I thought I had played at least $120 (it's kind of difficult to know, as the balance only shows in btc) and then I tried to make another withdrawal. Again it was rejected. After looking over the transcripts of my previous chats, I realized that the agent said I need to wager 0.042 btc to cash out. That's almost $1200! I've only made the one deposit for .0014, which is roughly $40. What the heck?filefile

Can you help me make sense of this?

Yes you probably got 100% bonus so you got 80 and the wagering can be anything from X25-X65 you will have to ask the casino what the wagering requirement was.

Thanks for the reply. My whole point is that I did NOT get any type of bonus when I made my deposit. It is my understanding that LTCcasino doesn't offer any bonuses, and I knew that going in. But the chat agent said I still have to wager my deposit 3x, and told me my requirement is .042btc (see screenshot in my previous post). Well, as of this morning, .042btc is apx $1200. And the one deposit I made was for .0014btc (apx $40). In this screenshot, the agent states the requirement is 3x for slots. filefilefile

I'd say the casino made a mistake. How about trying another agent? If the casino persists, however, I'd even try submitting a complaint here on Casino Guru. 🤔

Care to give them a second chance?

I would also ask the operator about your bonus history - just to make sure none is active.

As we speak I have no chat stored where they confirmed this but if you ask them through Live Chat they will not provide any info about this and deny that DAMA NV is the owner.


Maybe the team should check this and update the casino info. It is weird that the casino refuse to share this.

Apologies but I was talking about the owner of LTC Casino which according to you guys is Dama N.V.

LTC Casino denies any relationship with Dama and state they are anonymous.


I have used the function you refer to but so far still no updates (probably the team is busy)

The point is, tracking the owner or updating such information requires a sort of investigation, usually, the casino is another source of related pieces of information. So, what you might find as 100% proven data, we see differently.

I'm sorry, we are all fairly busy, partly because of the recent team building and mainly due to the Easter holidays.

I was told, however, the update box is checked regularly. Though there is no automatic reply, so we update players based on the progress of the matter.

Hi Radka, I just wanted to give an update about my post regarding LTCcasino. After our last conversation about a week ago, I just decided to go ahead and play for a while and see what happens. Well, after playing my favorite slot for an hour or two, (and managing to keep my balance over $100) I decided to try again to withdraw half of my balance. And I'm happy to report that it went through to my Bitcoin account with no problem! So, my thanks to you and the other Gurus for your help and advice, and thanks to LTCcasino for coming through! Now that I know that straight deposits have a 3x play through requirement, I'll know what to expect when depositing in the future. Hopefully, the casino will update their T & C's with that info for other new players. Have a great week!

Just be cautious though, the wagering requirement may be different in another casino. I have heard about 10x wagering. I see that quite excessive especially when applied to lover deposits.

Aynway, as customer, have you tried to give a feedback to casino support regardin the rule visibibility? It's just a suggestion, of course.

Another idea of mine, how about submitting your own user review about this casino? Other players might be little confused too, and the speed of the withdrawal is always a valuable information. ✨

stay away from this casino it is a trap .after submitting a complaint here on casino guru about closing acounts wich did not happen i managed to disable them and could not log in anymore no help from the casino .i managed to not gamble for about a yeay and then suddenly in march this year i get in my 4 acounts special offers by email ,personal offers .this triggerd me to open a new acount and lost 550€ .where the casino tells you to stay away if you have a gambling problem and on the other hand they send you emails to get you play again .these are heartless evil criminals .the only thing they want is your money .this casino should be put on the blacklist and not rated 8 on this plat form .they can block your email or your ip very easy if they suspect irregular play but they cant do this if you ask to be banned .block this casino to save people..the games are manipulated and the support is trash .emails will not be answerd .stay away people you will never be able to close your acount .goverments should go after this kind of casinos and fine them huge no other way to stop them.
